Privacy
Law Aptitude is an independent LNAT-style practice public beta. It currently has no learner accounts, advertising system, analytics product or payment system.
What stays in your browser
In-progress Section A answers for both the quick practice and full mock, recent result history and essay drafts are stored in your browser's local storage so that you can resume after a refresh. Use “Delete my local progress” in the pilot footer, or clear this site's browser data, to remove it.
What is sent to the server
When you submit Section A practice or the full 42-question mock, your selected answer numbers are sent to the site's review endpoint so it can calculate the result and return answer explanations. Responses are marked no-store, and this pilot does not intentionally write submitted answers to an application database.
Hosting and technical data
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosting platforms, Vercel may process standard request and security metadata needed to deliver and protect the service. The pilot code does not set marketing or advertising cookies.
Contact and beta feedback
The contact form sends your message server-side through Resend to the site operator's private receiving mailbox. The application does not add the message to a learner database. Resend and the receiving email provider may process and retain the email as part of delivering and operating the mailbox. If you provide your email address for a reply, it is included with that message; providing it is optional.
Retention and deletion
Browser-stored practice data remains on that device until you delete it or the browser clears it. The application does not currently maintain a student-response database. Contact-form messages may remain in the operator's email mailbox and the delivery provider's operational records until deleted under those services' normal controls.
Privacy contact
For privacy questions, use the private privacy contact form. Your personal email is optional.
Independent status
This project is not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by the LNAT Consortium or Pearson VUE. Do not enter names, contact details or other personal information into practice answers or essay drafts.
